Is there any referrals your CPN can do? I am seeing a health and well-being coach later today, I got a referral to this place called Pentreath, they do an assessment of you and then give you help in areas of your life where they think you need it.
you can get these mindfulness sounds on headphones, i walk about listening to music sometimes and it does chill me out
