Herbal teas

so I’ve been replacing coffee and cigs with herbal teas

right now i’m drinking about 10 cups a day: 2 ginkgo, 2 holy basil, 2 thyme (my favorite), 2 regular green teas, and 2 oatstraw

they work pretty good at suppressing my apetite until dinner,

I’ve also tried: black cohosh, hyssop, ginger, lemon balm, hawthorn, lavender, horsetail, lemongrass, mint and chamomile of course

any other herbal teas worth a try?

I’ve been getting most of my teas from Buddha Teas.com

I used to drink a ton of tea, but it’s an expensive habit, so I don’t drink much anymore. Sounds yummy, though!

yeah I’m planning a tea garden for the spring, hopefully that will cut down on the cost. but some of em are imports, so I don’t know if I will continue those or not. really I’m looking for alternatives to meds. diet and herbal, it’s worth the price if I can get rid of side effects.

what can I say…i’m kinda a sucker for herbs.

I want to find something that works, like the thyme

preferably things I can grow.

I look at it as paying for my education

I love drinking my sleepy time honey teas! They’re delicious right before bed!

I had one called pumpkin spice which was really good.

I’ve been cutting back on caffeine and drinking more herbal tea. My current favorite tea is peppermint/spearmint/lemon grass.

I make some of my own teas to help me with certain symptoms but it’s also linked to my witchcraft so I will refrain from putting what I use plus I know some have bad interactions with other drugs so.

But yeah I love herbal tea!
