Help from bright people (on the computer)

I often have problems with computers, at work and at home. I try hard to fix them but I can’t. Then I contact tech support and in a few minutes (usually) they see the problem and correct it completely.

Do you see how valuable it is to have people who are bright?

I was first line support many years ago. I would love that job again. I would trouble shoot before passing it on to second line support.
