When I was in bed, someone knocked on my door, but nobody was there. Then while sitting in my chair watching TV, it sounded like the landlord slipped a notice on my door. I checked, and nothing was there.

I get these when I am lonely for long periods of time. Its one of the reasons I don’t like living alone. I live with my parents.

Yes I think interacting with ppl helps. Being alone too much causes these for me.
