She had read the occy health report, and knew I had Schizophrenia and Autism
I was able to have the conversation, and I asked at the end if she was happy that I’d brought it up and the answer was yes.
She had worked with a person with Autism before, and they were doing the job I do, and she said he was very good
And… a relative of hers has SZ! So she knows more than most.
Explained I find it hard to disclose, as when I got dx’d with it, I told people and they ghosted me

Thats great they are understanding. I tell my manager at work i just have anxiety. But i actually have sza and anxiety and most likely adhd too.
Mine are fobbing me off lately. I have after 10 months finally got a review with the shrink on the 2nd november - so the blokes gonna cop it and hear me bloody moan loll
