Anybody else get headaches when their hallucinating? Or as a precursor? I get this pressure like headache in the,back of my head which seems to be the precursor to me hallucinating or me noticing that I am hallucinating

After I have a voices attack, I get a headache. Its probably the tension that built up trying to shut them up!
I think you should see your gp about that. Do you only get headaches when you’re hallucinating? Have you hallucinated without the headache?
I get it all the time too, when I see things or hear voices I often get headaches
