My brother and cousin both have gout.

I have gout. When it flares up it is really painful. I have it in my foot. I avoid eating beef and shrimp because they cause it to flare up. It doesn’t bother me very often since I changed my diet.

I have a roommate that has it, I’ve seen him with a medical doohicky on his foot once. It acts up sometimes and I hear it’s really painful.
Knew an overweight alcoholic that used to get gout all the time.
He had all his toes amputated in the end, cos he was a diabetic too and got infected. Now he cant walk properly. (The guy was an arsehole anyway) .

I know a good teatment for gout. It helped my ex-boss.
Eat a can of tart cherries each day that there are symptoms. The chemical that makes them tart and red eats away the uric acid crystals that causes gout.

I had the gout when I had too much protein in my diet. I was eating a lot of eggs.
Yeah I have it. Take 300 mgs of allipuronal…spelling. Have no troubles since I started the medication.
