If they are addictive I probably can’t use them because I am an addict but thanks for the suggestion I’ll talk to my doctor about it.
Usually crying is the last phase in my episodes before I crash. I’ll cry until there’s just nothing left and I can finally fall asleep. If the cool shower doesn’t help and you start crying just let it happen. And I think it will deplete your negative energy stores until you fall asleep and wake the next day. A good night sleep is just what you need.
Sometimes water and food help also.

In case you can’t sleep still and you need someone to talk to I don’t sleep much through out the night either. ️
