I think people are reading my mind. I am confused. What should I do?
Do you have a hobby or something to take your mind off of things?
Yes, I play the drums. But I’m too stressed out to play.
Remind yourself that it’s not possible for people to read your mind.
Well I hope you feel better soon.

If its really bothering you, tell your psychiatrist.

I hope you feel better. Make sure you are taking your meds and maybe talk to your psychiatrist.
good advice, thanks 151515151515
To top it all off, I have company over. My step-mother’s brother is over and his two sons are over with him. So, I’m in my room by myself.
Why don’t you join them?
Sometimes I join visitors and I feel better after.
I thought about it, but I’m hearing voices too. So I might act strange.
Let your psychiatrist know then.
ok, thanks Aziz 151515151515
Try to relax, and know that I haven’t a clue what you’re thinking.
If you have a dog or a fond pet, maybe think thoughts of love and warmth. If you really believe they can hear them, it will bless you.
If people whom aren’t fond of you can hear your thoughts, I hope they find them annoying and a bother, something that makes them miserable.
If people you dearly wish to know better can hear your thoughts, I hope that they learn more about you.
I’m afraid though, that unfortunately mind reading is a delusion.
Cherish the good, ignore the bad, and laugh at the absurd.
Try hard not to stress. I empathize for you because I used to believe that I was being spied on by people who could read minds.
But it’s scientifically impossible.
Don’t worry, you are safe.
Take care.

I just took klonipin(anti-anxiety meds, and Ambien(sleeping pill) to calm myself down so maybe that will help.
