Have you tried this

I think it has to do with medication playing with our brainchemistry.

If this brings you some happiness and comfort. I say heck why not? Life is invariably short and even more unpredictable. Enjoy the time you have.

Peace.:v:

Unfortunately I feel guilty for eating it after since I spread it very liberally aswell.

However it has brought me upmost comfort of the moment during the time I’m eating it

I see what you are saying Butterflyy. Are there other healthy options for you say the old fashioned crunchy pb on celery?

My non guilty treat is

A chopped banana and a chopped apple mixed with a good amount of sweet ground cinnamon… But it has to be the sweet one… Its naturally sweet not added sugar so I feel no guilt at all :relaxed:

I just looked it up. You can buy it on Amazon. (What can’t you buy on Amazon?) There is a twin pack of the crunchy one and a cookie butter. Cookie butter is surely not good for you, probably makes the crunchy one seem healthy in comparison! See, you are not doing that bad with the crunchy one!

Well at least you find comfort in the food… That’s good.

I sometimes feel so much anxiety when I don’t indulge in comfort food it drives me up the wall

The discipline is crazy difficult on ap.

Haha yea I do OK. :s

Is this something you would allow within your diet as a treat or is it too much calorie wise etc?

I see myself becoming a big lazy clumsy mental loafer. I am already at least 30 kg overweight.

Isn’t a loafer a shoe

A mental loafer uses a calculator counting 1 + 1 because its mentally to challenging.

Oh I see.

Sorry to hear all this.
Hope you’re OK though. Despite this.

U can still reverse the weight… Maybe… If u think its worth it and can manage it

I don’t eat many significant treats anymore, but I do regularly eat peanut butter sandwiches with 2 tbsp of peanut butter on seed bread. I looked it up online here and it says your crunchy spread is 88 calories per tablespoon. If you restrict your portion, as opposed to spreading liberally, you might be able to fit it into your day. Elsewhere it says the cookie spread is 170 calories for 2 tbsp. That’s not bad either. My peanut butter has 200 calories for 2 tbsp.

I currently have a box of organic pumpkin ice cream sandwiches from Whole Foods. They are 180 calories and I fit them into my Saturday dinners. I think I have three left. They are super good!

Never had the crunchy form, but I dig the smooth. I’m sure it’s delicious too!
