We have something called doubles that was invented by the Indians in Trinidad. I eat that every morning.

They have roti in the Caribbean too though when I ordered I thought I was getting Indian roti. It’s nice but very different.

When I was living in Singapore I would often eat Indian in the foodcourts. I would just point to the things I wanted and add a big garlic naan.

The above is all Chinese to me. I’m by far no expert in Indian food.
