I bought some coffee today. It was cheapest and it was 4.65 euros for one 500 g pack. It used to be much less expensive when the cheapest coffee was just 3 euros, so there has been 55% increase in prices. Many brands are over 6 euros for one 500 g pack. I drink quite a lot of coffee and I try to find special sales, but coffee prices just seem to be increasing almost every month. It is high coffee inflation.

I bought some Starbucks k cups. They were almost 18$ for 12.
I had a Starbucks coffee in the airport yesterday. It was 5.5€.
Coffee like many other things has gotten crazy expensive.
I think for granules I pay £3 for 200g of Coffee
6€ for 500gr filtered coffee

I usually drink Iced Coffee from Costa, Nero, or Tsarbucks (funny typo😆)
I think I pay a few pounds for all places. Costa is probably the cheapest. I think they use Columbian Coffee there but I’m not sure.
I usually judge inflation by the price of a 2 litre bottle of Coke a cola.
Im gonna buy some today. I usually buy 100 kcup pods no name brand for 30 canadian. Ill see how much it costs today.

I buy Kirkland (Costco brand) Pacific Bold k-cup pods. The price is $39 USD, at Costco. The price went up. It’s about 33¢ ($0.33 USD) per pod, now. I think it used to be 25¢ ($0.25 USD) per pod, which was $30 USD, total.
I used to buy fresh Starbucks coffee, pretty often. These k-cups are waaaay cheaper than going to Starbucks.

I bought Costa Rica coffee yesterday, they had their sale and it was three euros for one 500g pack.
Latest i bought costa rica, think it was around 5 € im not sure
1 kg Costa Rica coffee costs 10 euros. Prices are just going up. Today my local grocery store person said that there will be a 10% increase soon. It makes sense to buy coffee now to the storage.
I bought a bottle of instant coffee here in Spain for the week. It’s Nescafé. Costs 2.35€ and is for 25 cups.
@TheFountainPen I have not bought instant coffee for a longer time. Is 2,35 euros little or lot?

I don’t know. In Belgium I buy pods. But because I don’t have a Senseo machine here I bought instant.

I’ve been going to coffee shops a lot. It will stop after next week. Its purely madness if I continue that habit.
@Zoe I have not gone to cafes or coffee shops for a longer time. I always make coffee by myself. Have you noticed any price increases in coffee shops?

It’s just this past week and next week as I’ve been extremely tired and need for delicious coffee.
