Try a cough suppressant or just quit smoking.
I’ve tried many cough syrups but nothing is working…and i’m Definitely not quitting but I did cut down.
Why not switch to vaping or NRTs?
I’ve done a lot of research on vaping and honestly it’s the same danger as cigarettes. Plus they don’t give the same benefit as cigarettes
I can attest that vaping gives you smokers cough also. Have you tried nicotine gum or the patch?
And I don’t just enjoy cigarettes because of the nicotine I also enjoy it cause of the flavor and feeling so NRTs don’t give that.
Yeah, that’s hard to quit imo.
Yes I have and it just doesn’t work for me. Just makes me more irritated.
Damn. Dont know what to tell you besides quit I havent personally found anything that helps. I have asthma too I sure as hell shouldnt be smoking let alone vaping lol
@Longhorn21 try a piece of 4mg nicotine gum and see how you feel.
If you quit smoking, your meds will work more effectively and you might even get to reduce them.
I tried the 4mg of nicotine gum different brands to but they just don’t work.
I hope your coughs go away. They are annoying. Ask your gp if they can prescribe you a strong cough suppressant.
Yeah quit smoking.
If it doesn’t go away by Monday, then I’m going back to the doctor.
Try NAC(Fluimucil) at doses 1000 mg’s a day to clear your lungs. It makes secret in your lungs and is easily to cough out.Better if used with propolis in powder bags from pharmacy
Okay cool thank for the suggestion!
Only if you didn’t develop bronchial ashma like me!Or change the brand of cigarettes.Tell me if it helped
I’ve been smoking 28 years. The cough only gets worse as you get older. Quit now why you have a chance before bad things start happening. I’m 42 years old and they found 3 growths in my lungs. It’s not looking good I might no see 45. My mom was just diagnosed with lung cancer 10 months ago. The doctor said the growths in my lungs are to small to be considered cancer but it could be the early stages. I never had breathing problems or a bad cough until this year. In the next few weeks I’m going to see another doctor for a second opinion.
I meant to quit today and had so far 1 cigarette. I noticed walking is a good distraction. Thinking why do i quit ? I give a ■■■■ if i die today.
