Someone might really want to kill us? I mean, here we have all these fantasies and intrusive thoughts, but that’s what they are, only fantasies and thoughts. This might indicate that we are not willing to consider the idea that someone really might want to kill us.
Politically, things are OK enough that some foreign power isn’t actively trying to enslave us. Breathe easy.

Or my parents are dead. They had considered aborting me I am told.
I don’t feel it but I hear it, that people want to and I feel paranoid.
But challenge yourself. Is it real? Is it in the present time?
I am quite sure my parents attempted to kill me when I was very young either by drowning me in the bathtub or by carelessly putting me in dangerous situations. But, thankfully they did not succeed and their attitude did improve with time. Also, they have both died.
