Why don’t you go out more to meet someone @san_pedro

I don’t think there is ever someone who is a match 100% - maybe as close to 65%

I agree with Selene, I don’t think there’s such a thing as a perfect match.

People who seem to have their “perfect match”, usually find someone they’re compatible with, and then they grow together and learn from each other and make small compromises until they fit each other so well that they can’t imagine themselves with anyone else.

That’s what I want.

I disagree. I think it equals a life partner.
Life partners and soulmates are two different things. With a soul mate, time has nothing to do with it. Some soul mates only get a few years together before one of them dies, but they still know it was their soulmate.

Also, I don’t believe there is only one soulmate for each person. The probability of them meeting would be a very small chance.
I think we have many different soulmates, some of which we meet and recognise, some of which we meet, but can’t or won’t ever be with, and some of which we never meet.

fate is real and Synchronicity is real in my world too

Well, you’re free to believe what you want, and let’s agree to disagree

I believe in multiple soul-mates. Maybe I’m a romantic.

But I think there’s more than one match we can all get along with.

I think you find someone who is a good match.and as the years pass you become soul mates if you still are a match.

I think there are lots of potential “soulmates” out there for each person.

If you win the lottery you’ll suddenly find your soul mate too. It’s magic !

I don’t believe in a soulmate. I think finding a mate is about probability, timing and descriptive statistics. Finding a mate is also about what social class you are in, how much cost maintenance a woman is and common/different interests the guy & girl may have.

I agree with most posters on this thread in which there is no perfect or 100% match. 80 years plus together would mean that the couple met in their 20s and have continued their relationship since then. These kind of relationships are rare. I could see 50 years of marriage as more probable.
