Have clothes in stores always been wrong sizes for you?

Even when I was a kid I had to have my clothes altered because the sizes the stores offered were either too big or too small for me. And it’s still that way.

Do schizophrenics have unusual bodies like they have unusual beliefs?

I don’t know about having unusual body type. I have for most of my life been heavy so I have to get clothes that are very large.

I don’t know about schizophrenic’s but I’m a very large woman and it can be hard to find stores that carry my size, I prefer taking my measurements and going online. Romans.com is a good site for plus size women. I know I gained most of my weight due to the medications but technically I’ve never been small, except when I was first born I guess, being two months premature.

Wait! We’re supposed to wear clothes? Hmm! So much is clear now. But seriously, I’ve never had a problem getting the right size I just don’t like buying the super cheap stuff if I can help it.

I always get pants bigger than my real size because they don’t fit right. Use a belt.

well i’m very short and i have a large stomach so its hard to find jeans and tops that make me look balanced…

I can almost never find a dress long enough for me (I wear dresses and skirts full length) as I am unusually tall for a woman - 5’11". But tops I can easily find because I am slender build.

I wear a 2X shirt and sometimes it’s hard to find that…my legs are short and I have always had to look very hard for the length of my legs when I buy pants. I have a 40 inch waist.

I have weird proportions. I was always very top-heavy, but twiggy everywhere else. I could get shirts to either fit the top half or the bottom half, but never both. Now, thanks to meds, I have evened out some, but I still have to special-order all my bras online.

I’m 5’11’’ too. Its so hard to find long/tall pants and shirts. I just found a long torso swimsuit after a lot of searching for the right one.

I have this problem, but I don’t think it’s exclusive to schizophrenics because I’ve heard my normie friends complain about the very same thing.

I have weird proportions. Big belly but smallish boobs so tops I find are made for my belly are made for a larger boob size.

Boo to clothes shopping. Clothes are too expensive for me to buy new anyways, I’m a second hand shopper.
