I am taking Olazanpine 5mg which is a low dose for schizophrenia.I am currently stranded oversea so i do not have any work.The thing is i am sleeing 10-11 hr daily for almost 2 month now,and once in a while i will get insomnia.

I uses melatonin every other day in my routine

I used to sleep 13/14 hours a day when I was on Mirtazapine.
