Have a tremor in my right hand when holding something

Say I am holding my phone up to look at I have a noticeable, uncontrollable tremor in my right hand.

I have a right hand tremor also. I’ve learned to write with my left hand and carry my coffee in my left hand.

Sometimes I have a tremor in my hand when I left weights. It’s probably (for me) from muscle degeneration when I left weights. And the nerves get damaged a bit, which causes the tremors. Usually that is a sign I really need to take a break.

I don’t know how active you are but muscle degeneration can happen when you are sedentary too. But I am not sure about the nerves though.

Have got rid of my phones. I was uncontrollably calling family and causing a fuss. It upset me.

That’s what I think I will try. Before I threw the phones out I called the nurse office and told the secretary. I said in the meantime they can mail me appointments.

My depot is due on Wednesday so I will give them my email.
