I got down to a comfortable weight when I was on solely abilify. Now I’m also on flupentixol and am rapidly gaining.

I managed to go from 63 kg to 55 kg and then 52 kg and then 55 kg again on latuda.

I was not eating much.

Back then I had belvita breakfast biscuit for breakfast.

Weight watchers bar for lunch and occasionally a toasted sandwich instead.

Dinner was two sausage, Mac n cheese n beans or fried chips n chicken or schnitzel or something but probably small portions.

Then I gained to 64 kg still on latuda.
Then I managed to go down to 56 kg.

Then I was 57 kg a year ago but last year I gained weight so I’m more than 64 kg now.

My weight is a struggle.

When I was on olanzapine I think I may of been 80 kg at one point.

To have normal weight I have to eat too little.
When dr and dietitian heard how little I ate they said it’s not healthy and I have to eat more to get enough nutrients.

I’m trying to lose weight now.

I’m hoping exercising will help because at this point I’m not wanting to eat too little.

Losing weight is not easy for me.

I tried and failed just after Christmas but I’m trying again.

When I was vegan and exercised regularly I was actually pretty thin. It was a lot of effort though and these days I can’t even be bothered with going running

From 121 to 118. And keep loosing

I went from 280 to 195 back in 2019. Mostly kept it off since then. Usually stay between 210-220 depending how long I have to be on steroids for that month.

I’ve been losing weight since I switched to Saphris again.
I don’t know how much, but I know my face is thinner, and my clothes feel bigger.
