That they can share with me?

Been on my phone for hours need to clean
Have no inspiration!?!

Just start cleaning without the intention of doing it all. You might find once you get going it won’t be so bad. Its always taking the first leap that is the hardest. Also try to have some kind of reward for yourself for after youve completed one of the tasks or all of it. Like a snack or cigarette or whatever is your thing. Fast paced motivating or angry music helps me tidy and clean.

The obstacle is the way. Choosing the easy path leads to things being harder later. Best to choose to take on difficult things straight up. Then it won’t be so hard later.

Sweeping problems under the rug eventually leads to a dragon growing under there.

True! Thanks! I did the vaccuming, i think thats enough. I feel exhausted, probably too much coffee leaching out iron, due for a workout today too o.o

I gotta tidy up today too. Im also trying to motivate myself through giving you advice haha. Gotta practice what I preach.

Yeah, it wqs annoying today because there was not enough suction from the vaccuum.

I’m due for some resistance training today, and its likely they will chuck in 5 mins jump rope skipping too (cardio)

I may have to go to the supermarket and buy a steak for iron, so that i have enough energy

Oh nice. Skipping rope is so good. Im not that good at it. Occasionally smack myself with the rope haha. And I cant seem to do the cool looking boxer type skipping rope. I do the more basic little jumps instead. If that makes sense.

I got a few little sandwich steaks in the fridge. I swear my head feels clearer after a good steak and some veggies. Broccoli, cauliflower etc. Best kinda meal.

Yes, its hard to be coordinated with skipping. I find it hard too. Sometimes i can do maybe 6 skips in a row then i ■■■■ it up.

Sounds like steak is good for you.

Crank up some tunes! Music always helps me when I have to do something I don’t want to do. I have different playlists for different tasks.

Break down cleaning into separate jobs. IE don’t try and clean your whole living area in one go. IE: you take out all the trash today, do the dusting tomorrow, do the hoovering in two days time etc. It makes it much more accomplishable for me.
Also putting on music or a podcast can help distract your mind from what your body is doing.
