Hi all, I’m new here and have been diagnosed with schizo-affective disorder. On the outside, I look like anyone else but no one knows the madness going on inside. I was originally diagnosed with schizophrenia 10 years ago. I haven’t had much of a life since then because I stopped taking medicine. I believed the voices that the medication was making me jerk and would kill me. My voices give negative commentary to everything I do. I’m slow, dumb, trashy, trifling etc and they are going to help me become a better person, if I don’t eat, don’t sleep, and stop showering.
