With the right dose of my med, I no longer hear voices or see things. The visuals were the first to disappear, voices took a while.

Hi all, I’m new here and have been diagnosed with schizo-affective disorder. On the outside, I look like anyone else but no one knows the madness going on inside. I was originally diagnosed with schizophrenia 10 years ago. I haven’t had much of a life since then because I stopped taking medicine. I believed the voices that the medication was making me jerk and would kill me. My voices give negative commentary to everything I do. Never saw a case where the voices simply disappear without meds.

My voices have almost entirely disappeared after several days of Ashwagandha, Circumin, and the occasional Bacopa. May be hard to believe but I’m being honest.

I have found a medication that lessens the noise/takes away the consistency of the voices for 4-5hours after taking it.
