I’m thinking about attending a CBT group, a group for anxiety and depression and social anxiety. Has anyone ever had CBT?

Yeah I did before I personally enjoyed it, it was really nice having other people around who had experienced similar issues to me (in regards to anxiety and depression) and who could give me helpful tips for how they’d dealt with things, while also learning coping methods from the therapists at the same time. I’d recommend it. Just remember that you are not very likely to find other people with psychotic disorders there unless it’s literally a group for people with psychotic disorders, and unfortunately even other people with mental illnesses seem to judge us.
