I’ve just discovered this beautiful herb which is used in Indian medicine , Ayurveda. The herb has helped me so much I’d thought I’d share. You can purchase from a good herbal shop. I take risperidone consta injection and holy basil helps with the side effects so much. I’ve been following Ayurveda (ancient Indian therapy for some time, using cows ghee, and now tulsi. I must say you must try this wonderful herb if your stressed. I’m going to grow my own, seeing how much this herb is helping me out, i gotta grow my own. It’s holy basil, Indian name is tulsi.
