Have you tried Holy Basil? It does have antipsychotic properties.

I have tried holy basil
It doesn’t help with my paranoia unfortunately
I wonder if I should increase my dose for it to see if it’ll get rid of my paranoia I get so bad at night

I just bought brahmi
Maybe a mixture of brahmi and holy basil will help with paranoia
