I have talked myself in my mind as a voice. It is disturbing. I wonder if anyone else has as well.
What do you mean? Like answered your thought back in the way you believe a voice would respond because you have gotten used to the voices commentary? If that’s what you mean then yes i have before…
The voice I talk to that is mine says they are not happy, and it freaks me out.

My voices are constant. It is difficult not to talk with them. I try to keep my mind busy sometimes.
Are you on medication?
At the beginning mine were constant and I would interact with them. The more I did, the more hurtful they would get and then I started to get paranoid other people were sending me thoughts and that they could also hear my thoughts.
I get it is not easy to ignore them when they are like that and I am sorry you have to go through this. Maybe a change in medication could help to decrease the symptoms.

That’s good. Having someone to talk things out with is very important.
You can also try meditation. It helps me somewhat when things get too much.
I have been meditating lately. It helps. I’ll try to keep it up.
