I was highly consumer of soda
About 1 litre to 3 litres everyday and all the days
I stopped it for 60 days now
The hardest moments was in the 1st month
When thoughts like you shouldn’t stop it all you should decrease it so I get in and get one soda drink
Until I decided to stop it all
I replaced it with yougart drinks it is delicious 
I also stopped wasting a lot of money
And hard time has gone I now going far from the day I stopped it with out a lot of suffer
