I was drinking 1- 3 litres per day
so you had a little soda. Just don’t have anymore. Just because you had some doesn’t mean you have to start drinking it all the time now. If every time I had a cigarette I started smoking all over again I would have never given it up for good. You can do this. Don’t give up. Give yourself credit for giving it up in the first place.
I drink Gingerale to quench my need of fizz. That’s as far as I’ll go. Anything else is too much sugar for me. I started doing this after I had gallbladder issues. After my gallbladder surgery, I still just drink water, Gingerale and some juices.
Diet soda can cause you to gain weight. Really. But 33 grams of sugar? that is over an ounce.
I stopped drinking soda. Went without for a couple weeks then switched to flavored seltzer when I got the urge to drink soda. I haven’t had soda since July and I don’t miss it at all anymore.
