i suffer from androgenic alopecia.i started minoxidil treatment 3 week ago and i can see improvement.i will keep using it forever to maintain this improvement and prevent hair loss.

if its androgenic alopecia then he should use topical (minoxidil+finasteride). and take oral natural DHT blocker like pumpkin seed oil and saw palmetto.if not androgenic alopecia then the treatment would differ depending on the cause of his baldness.
