I’m losing weight too. I lost 7 pounds in 2 weeks. But the last 2 days I ate a little more - I ate 1400 calories one day and 1500 the other. I was just so hungry. But I’m going to try really hard to stick to 1200 calories a day.
Yeah. The way I look at cheat day is it’s a day I still eat like I’m losing weight but I get to treat myself to something small. It worked for me before so I’m hoping it works again
