Been up since 3am. Can’t go back to bed this morning because I have an appointment with the psychologist at 10am.

I always find that If I’m worrying about things or having to do something in the mornings my sleep sucks.
It’s pretty common. Just try to walk around a bit and do something. I’m always amazed by dogs and cats. They get up and move if they aren’t settling down…not saying your one of them but nature makes us move if we’re disturbed or have something different going on.

Do you have some meds for when you can’t sleep?
I take 50mg of qutiapine at night. But it doesn’t always work.
