Can’t sleep tonight
Have a doctors appointment tomorrow a vet appointment for the dog and have to walk the dog.
Am going to be exhausted.
I’m already tired on a regular nights sleep
My dog is cuddled up next to me on the bed. Part of my wants to go downstairs already but I want her to get a nice nap on the bed.
Are you still up? What time zone are you on? I can’t sleep either it’s almost midnight here.
Same also not sleeping. Stupid xyrem. Ah well, I plan to be off soon.
UK time zone. I was up for an hour and a half then managed to get back to sleep for another hour and a half. So tired this morning. Lots of coffee.
