Added Buspar for mid day anxiety. What are your experiences with Buspar?

I tried Buspar for a while several years ago. I couldn’t really tell much difference when I was on it. It works for others, though, so it may do the trick for you. Good luck!

I was only on 10mg/day and it didn’t help me. But my friend is on 30mg 2x/day and it helps her. I think it’s the higher dose that helps

I think buspar takes a couple of weeks to kick in

From my experience it can really help some people and not help others - like any med I suppose.
It has very few side effects and as I am aware is not addictive at all
