How much? My friend takes 30 mg in the am and 30 mg in the evening. She says it really helps her.

Starting off 10 am and 10 pm, will add a 3rd dose of 10 mg in the 2nd week

It’s great that you’re already seeing results! So in your second week you’ll already be at a total of 30 mg. I bet it’ll help you. :slight_smile:

I take 60mg of Buspar a day. I feel it helps me. :lizard::lizard::lizard:

I personally wouldn’t go that far. But, it does help with positive symptoms. :dolphin::dolphin::dolphin:
