Had another good coffee. Once you get used to the sedation of APs you start to appreciate the small effects of stimulants

For 12 months on seroquel all I felt was stoned. Couldn’t feel the effects of coffee or anything.

But now I am accustomed to the seroquel I can feel the perk effects of coffee. Is so nice.

In fact for me it even works the other way. Last week I could feel the effects of diazepam - it wasn’t lost in the flood of seroquel sedation

I have to have 2 cups of filter coffee in the morning to jump start me. I’m on Aripiprazole. Not allowed diazempam. Pdoc put me on sertraline for anxiety. Would rather have benzos though.

Man the ‘pines (olanzapine, quetiapine etc) totally kick my ass. But they are the only ones that help me.

Have any of u tried Provigil or Nuvigil. I’m thinking about asking my doctor again now that I don’t think it’d make me psychotic like the last time when any substance I put in my body practically made me psychotic.

My pdoc used to be an addiction specialist and he is terrified of anything with even the remotest possible abuse profile

Yeah, I’m lucky to get a regular script for zopiclone from my pdoc. They are so tight with it in the UK now. I do get the very occasional course of diazepam sometimes for when my in laws stay, but didn’t get any last time. My pdoc is really cautious with it too.
