Do you call lunch tea?

In Scotland we call lunch dinner and dinner tea. Is a bit confusing.

I had a short sleeved shirt for a T.

Here we used to call lunch ‘Dinner’ (because it was the main meal of the day),
and dinner was ‘Supper’ (which usually consist of something ‘light’ meaning not heavy- such a a slice of bread in a bowl of milk)

Love a good Irish stew. I used to work in like a 4 star restaurant. We’d be cooking things lobsters, rich pate. Things like deep fried camembert. Coming home to something earthy like Irish stew you’ve no idea how much I enjoyed just eating something normal something earthy something homecooked like a good Irish stew.

My mom is part Irish,
so I’ve had my share of some most delicious authentic Irish stew…mmmmmmmmmmaybe I should give her a call.
