I am glad to hear this iv been getting the Truman show delusion or years now and the voices say iam the one in a false reality with no one real

Once I had a strong feeling (not delusional) that everyone was an actor and that houses were not real and empty inside.

I think it is safer to believe that everything is real and the voices are lying.

Yes psychosis wants to make people crazy and go out of reality.
I think it is best to do what John Nash did, learn how is the reality that other people perceive and ignore feelings/beliefs/voices that go against it.
