My niece in Indiana is making gumbo for dinner tonight and I am invited. I don’t think I have ever had it before so I am looking forward.

Gumbo sounds great but I have never had any either. It seems like a Spicy American version of paella kinda
Well, my verdict: gumbo is scrumptious guys! And it has just the right amount of spice!

oh yes, gumbo is my favorite cajun dish to make…the key is a good roux with onion, celery, and bell pepper thrown in when it is hot on the stove…I bet I can beat the gumbo you had tonight…did it have lots of meats in it? @SkinnyMe
