Yamaha makes the best guitars for the money. I have a steel string yammie.

I like Yamaha overall, I have an Yamaha electric I play a lot.
However my first guitar is a Yamaha acoustic, and talking with a long time friend who had the same as his first - that specific model we had was really bad (APX 5). Maybe we just got a really bad model and they are better now but overall but for a long time I’ve wished I had more knowledge about guitars when it was bought and could have got something different. But oh well.

I’ve never heard of it. I’m in the states and I have a fs-820. It gets the job done. It’s a size down from the dreadnought.
I miss my Martin dread tho. But it was too nice and I never took it out of the case to play it. Always afraid of putting a new ding in it…
