Anybody else have any good experiences with green tea? I quit coffee some time ago and my symptoms almost completely went away around a month without any caffeine. My negative symptoms and cognitive symptoms got worse though. A few days ago I started drinking green tea and it’s been helping me a bunch, not only with negative and cognitive symptoms, but also my mood. I’m not feeling so depressed, I’m not ruminating as much, and my brain is working much better than it was before. I wonder if it even helped with my remaining positive symptoms a little bit, minor unconscious things I didn’t even notice prior to drinking tea.
Anybody else have any good experiences with tea? Or bad for that matter, either way.

I quit coffee about 5 years or more. I had to stop due to acidity and chest burns.
Did you notice anything in terms of symptom reduction from quitting?
Nope but may be!
it does have a difference not sure though.
