Walking down the street with a screw driver or a brick and a tv in your hands are considered tools of breaking an entry, the TV alone means your probably moving on the cheap.
They can have it keyed anyways they want, it’s all about the long throw bolt, strike plate and long #12 screws, the short throw bolts can be pryed open with a crowbar, the strike plate and screws prevent kick ins
With most installs they use the hardware that comes with the parts. #8 1" screws hold back a rabid cat. Prybar are pretty quiet vs crashing/kicking a door in. Getting only what they could carry says from start of entry to exit was 30 seconds to a minute.
