Try to keep it in the middle of the road so you don’t have to go back. I’m glad you got out, because it seemed to be wearing hard on you.

You got out probably cos you were deemed less of a risk than an acute patient - and they wanted the bed. Your still unwell. Take your meds as prescribed.

Plenty of delusional people outside psych wards.

I´ve never been to a psych ward and I was delusional.

I guess… i was never an acute patient tho and still got admitted

I’m aware but they admitted me instantly when I told them about my delusions last time (i didn’t know they were delusions.)

Yes i told but they just upped my meds
