Got my bladder biopsy results

The skin in my bladder has changed and is sloughing off, but my urologist has no idea why or what it is. He’s referred me to University of Michigan because of all their research. He thinks they might have seen it before. My insurance will start covering u of m drs in January.

Could it be endometriosis from your uterus that’s effecting your bladder? Have you talked to your obgyn?

I’m just sick that a woman as sweet and supportive as you are has this terrible affliction looming over her head. I pray everyday that you find answers and it will be a quick and simple recovery and you will heal.

The lab should have found that in the biopsy if it were that. I did have severe endometriosis before I had all my female stuff removed. But the lab would have recognized it as that

Thanks @Wave. I’ve dealt with pain in my bladder for the last 5 years. It’s getting old. I’m ready to move on from this.
