My whole bladder is precancerous but not cancerous. I will continue to get bladder biopsies every 6 months and be monitored by U of M oncology because the specific condition I have usually turns into cancer.
This is good news, but there’s a bit a bad news. From now on, I have to get my bladder cut (biopsies) and burned (to stop the bleeding after being cur) in the oncologist’s office without pain meds or anesthesia. I am not looking forward to that as my condition already causes significant pain. Ugh. Figures!
All the best @LilyoftheValley the news is good that your bladder condition is not threatening you. I pray you sail through those biopsies with minimum discomfort.
Wow @LilyoftheValley. I’m glad it isn’t cancer. But i’m also impressed on how well you are taking it. If i were in your place, i’d be an absolute mess. I hope your condition never turns cancerous.
Thanks @Sezbot241 . I’m ok because of how often they’re going to do biopsies. If it turns cancerous, they’ll catch it right away, which makes me feel better.
