i had a great day, i left the dog with a friend (bc i got my mums dog this week) and went to my clubhouse,
so i got there and did some typing and i was told there was interviews for this job and only one person turned up for it,
so i went to a work and learning meeting at 11.30am and they said i could help them with funding and research and stuff, and maybe designing some posters and i was like ‘yeah, sound like fun’ (was talking to the boss as well) lol then i asked about the job,
after the meeting i spoke to the guy in charge of it and he gave me an interview and told me about what was involved, so i told him about my anxiety and that i wanted to try it, its basically hoovering 4 rooms, emptying bins, wiping down tables and washing cups, mopping a small kitchen, thats about it.
thx guys, hoping this leads on to something more, i’m still wanting to do PA work for the disabled (small hrs) i think that would be more rewarding and i can work up my hours,
i will be doing these 2 hrs for 6 mths then i could be on reception there for another 6 mths with a bit more hours
i am also very excited about helping the clubhouse with funding and posters etc, its all very promising
