Yesterday I was talking about an old movie with a friend. After a few hours it was suggested on YouTube videos.
And it happens with other things too.

I believe the smart phones, alexa and that crap are listening to us passively. They even have had articles about it and have admited it. Smart tvs too.

This actually happens. A few reporters did some tests and found that phones listed in and send suggestions a to Adsense orFacebook. It’s because when we download apps some of the permission a include the app being able to turn on the mix anytime. Alexa is bad about that, too.

Ya the apps are notoriously bad for us. I wish I understood more programming and CS like android development just to understand how serious it is. I never read ToS…

I’m thinking of switching to an Iphone after this ■■■■. I love android samsung but I think iphone is more secure. I’ll switch when it goes to 5g.

It isn’t a coincidence. There’s been exposes done that show the apps do listen.

Yes, and most applications you download, need your permission to control almost the whole smartphone

Read the Google privacy and data agreement it’s alarming. Also I’ve already made a post about this. It’s called 1984 all over again

The other day I was THINKING to myself wondering how they made the sound effects for the dragons on Game Of Thrones and the next morning, my phone suggested an article that explained how the dragon sound effects were made for GOT!! I didn’t search it or talk out loud about it at all! I’m ready to get rid of my smartphone.

What about if you were talking about highly illegal activity that you were going to do? Would you get caught?

Google can hear us, so can Siri and Alexa.
There are people listening to what we say.

Yes, in fact Google hears us. Also it takes photos of us and more, just read the terms of service and you will know what I’m talking about.

With Alexa there are actual people on the other end monitoring what you say.
It’s like bugging your house.

Why would people want this.
