I was just wondering if anyone had good results from taking the group cognitive behavioral therapy? I took it about 10 years ago and I feel it did help me realize that my behaviors were a function of my thoughts.
Not cat but rather CBT is the topic I was talking referring to!

I had CBT via one on one with my therapist. Never taken it in a group setting.
I completed a workbook on psychotic disorders. I didn’t find it to be very helpful though.

I did CBT for OCD, back before I developed psychosis. I found it somewhat akin to torture. But lots of people seem to really love it.
