I slept 9 hours with the aid of 2.5 mg zyprexa. It won’t be this way every day. I’ll go back to sleep unless I take a cold shower or a walk. Coffee doesn’t wake me up at all! I’ve got to try harder. I also talk to the pdoc tomorrow.

I started the day good, went down to the gym and exercised.
Later i had an invitation from a stunningly beautiful woman, one of my stepmothers friends. She has a husband and kids and she is far above my level, i know she invited me just because she finds me interesting and for no romantic reason.
When you suffer from SZ its very hard to find a romantic relation, especially with normies.
Anyway she is so beautiful that i like just to be in the same room as she.
