Good easy hobbies for not very clever schizophrenics with low attention span

So I’m looking for easy hobbies to do in my spare time that wont give me stress anyone? I want to start reading but I have very low attention span especially now that I’m on abilify.

I like going for walks.

Jigsaw puzzles are fun, but I haven’t done one in a long time.

I like to color or do word searches. I get the larger print word searches they are easier for me to focus on.

Oh and I should say, I only do thr word searches when I’m feeling good otherwise I get too many messages in them

Colouring in mandalas
Building Lego sets
Baking cookies or brownies
Collecting trinkets and hunting for bargains in charity shops and markets etc.
Reviewing fidget toys on YouTube
Dancing badly on tiktok whilst pretending to sing
Learning a new language for 5 minutes each day

I listen to music a lot. Keeps the day flowing, and can be therapeutic. For example, when I’m feeling anxious, I listen to Christmas music.

Jigsaw puzzles are the Devil’s invention…only because I can’t do the f*****g things!

I guess it’s a skill that some people pick up while young? I started doing 350 piece puzzles (or around there) at age 3, according to my mom.

I’ve just always loved jigsaw puzzles.

I like going for walks in beautiful surroundings. It’s a great hobby. Good for your health and soul. It also helps me with depression.

I love that too

I like reading short inspirational quotes. It’s not my only hobby, but it’s one that doesn’t require a strong attention span.

P.S. Sorry for replying to the wrong person. I’m new here.

I’m going to start making things with silk flowers. I bought a boxwood wreath and really pretty turquoise butterflies and made a wreath for my house. Well I wanted to add flowers so I ordered some flowers. There’s going to be extra and I have extra hydrangeas from another project I did for my apartment. So I decided to buy a nice urn/vase to make an arrangement for my entryway.

Well it all got me thinking How fun it would be to make wreaths so I bought a bunch of different colored flowers to do more projects and a big wreath to get me started and the tools and findings needed. I was relatively cheap for a hobby. I got some things at Amazon, mostly the flowers. I got other things cheaper at Michaels. I even found a new site FactoryDirectCraft that had some things but I haven’t got my stuff yet so I can’t swear by them yet.

Anyway, I’m excited. Everything should be here by the middle of next week and I can start organizing it and hopefully be crafting come the weekend. I’m not very clever by the way.
