Wish me luck I’m gonna try to play basketball. I’m not as good as when I was unmedicated which still wasn’t great but pretty good, I sometimes attribute the drop off to meds but I think it could be weight too. Basketball players are usually skinny. I sometimes think it’s because the meds kill my killer instinct so to speak and make me less competitive but I guess the only way to find out would be to get skinny skinny on meds…which is easier said than done especially considering my propensity for not eating whilst unmedicated. But the pros outweigh the cons with meds, and plus I am 33, too old for all this obsession with sports nonsense.
I workout regularly.I like playing soccer but always get injured often.I will return if the time is right,or maybe I should grow up and not play soccer anymore just exercise when needed
LS! I went to the gym yesterday with a Fountainhouse staff. I have been to the gym 63 times since I became a member half a year ago. I went to the gym this morning and I got a heart arrythmia. I was sitting on a bicycle machine and I felt something in my breast next my heartrate jumped from 105 to 150. I kept on bicycling but my heart kept on racing at 150 beats a minute. After ten minutes I stopped bicycling and then my heart slowed down. I have read that people with schizophrenia have more heart arrythmias than other people. I made an appointment with my GP.
